Yes — but each state has a different booking system. You’ll need to pick the correct location (Texas or Tennessee) before booking.
Tennessee:
To reschedule your online appointment:
If you have a conflict and need to reschedule, please call +1 (865) 588-4001 to speak to one of our Experience Coordinators.
To cancel your online appointment:
Should you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so online up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your prepayment will be saved as a store credit for your next appointment.
Texas:
To reschedule your online appointment:
Life happens—we get it. If you need to reschedule, you can do so quickly using the Gambuzza’s Barbershop app or through our online booking.
Prefer to speak to someone? Call 512-270-3589 (Cedar Park) or 512-598-5899 (Round Rock) to reschedule.
Please note: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $20 fee.
To cancel your online appointment:
If you need to cancel, you can do so online (through our online booking) up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. This helps us free up space for other guests waiting to book.
Call 512-270-3589 (Cedar Park) or 512-598-5899 (Round Rock) to cancel.
Please note: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a $40 fee.
No — pricing is determined by location and technician’s level of expertise. If you have questions about a specific barber / stylist, please contact your preferred location for more information. We’re happy to make suggestions on the perfect barber / stylist for your needs.
Tennessee:
Tennessee locations accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, checks, or cash. As well as gift cards purchased from any of our Tennessee locations (online or in-person).
Texas:
Texas locations are cash-free. We accept credit cards, debit cards (contactless), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. As well as gift cards purchased from any of our Texas locations (online or in-person).
