We will exchange any hair care product within two weeks of purchase.
Frank’s Gift Shop Items:
All Gift Shop sales (fragrance, kits, etc) are final sale.
Gift Cards:
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient or used for the specified value at any Salon, Spa or Studio. Card must be presented for redemption.
